We do not publish a price list, because a ten-unit building and a five-hundred-unit complex do not need the same thing. We work out your price together; the 30-day trial is free.
Why no published price list?
Property management software pricing cannot be reduced to one figure. A small building needs dues tracking and expense records; a multi-block complex adds parking, social facilities and per-block budgeting. Quoting the same price for both would mean overcharging one or under-serving the other.
So we listen first. How many units you manage, which products you need, where your existing data sits and how much training your team needs. Once those four are clear, the price is clear.
We would rather you saw the software before deciding. You can use every feature free for 30 days, with no credit card and no automatic billing. If you decide to continue, we prepare a quote for you.
What sets the price
The headings we look at when preparing a quote. We cover these in the demo.
Number of units
The biggest factor. More units means more transactions, more collections and a heavier reporting load.
Products used
Management and dues tracking sit in the core package. Plate-recognition parking, social facility ordering and smart charging are added as needed.
Type of property
A single building, a multi-block complex, a residence or a mixed-use project. Whether per-block budgeting is needed affects the price.
Data migration
If your unit list and carried-over balances are in a standard format, migration is included. Unusual conversions are stated separately.
Bank integration
How many banks you work with and which accounts are integrated shapes the setup scope.
Training and support
Training one manager is not the same as training a management company team.
