Kendin Park solves parking in your community in three steps.

    Registration

    Residents' plates are registered through Kendin Yönet. Temporary authorisation can be issued for visitors.

  2. 02

    Recognition

    AI cameras at the entrances read the plate in real time and check it against the authorisation list and, where relevant, the unit's balance and quota.

  3. 03

    Access

    The barrier opens automatically for authorised vehicles within their limit. If the quota is exceeded, dues are unpaid or the vehicle is unknown, access is refused and the management is alerted. Everything is reported to you as it happens.

Kendin Park stays in sync with the Kendin Yönet database. Owner and tenant records, balances, and unit or vehicle limits are pulled across automatically, so nothing needs to be entered again.

Single-use or time-limited authorisation is easy to issue. You can also set a visitor quota per unit — one visitor vehicle a day, for instance — to stop the car park being misused.

Kendin Park is built with UPS support and backs up critical data, so it keeps working through short interruptions. For longer outages there are manual override procedures.

Accuracy is high thanks to modern AI models, and the system is tuned for difficult weather, night-time conditions and different plate formats. If a plate cannot be read, the manager is alerted.

Every entry and exit is written to the system as it happens, so occupancy is calculated in real time. When the limit you set is reached, further entries can be restricted automatically.
