Where the integration starts
Bank integration begins once you apply to the bank you work with. Approval times and the steps involved depend on that bank's own procedures.
What happens on the Kendin Yönet side
Once the approvals and definitions at your bank are complete, our team takes over. The username and password you are given are entered into the system and the integration is finished.
Worth knowing
The technical definitions for bank integration are made entirely by your bank branch and the head office it reports to.Any delay at this stage does not come from Kendin Yönet and depends on the bank's internal process.
What is bank integration?
Bank integration connects the bank you work with to Kendin Yönet. Payments that reach your account are transferred into the system automatically.
Account movements are matched to your residents automatically and collections take a single click. Follow the steps below to set the integration up.

To start the integration, the person authorised on the bank account has to go to the branch in person.

For progress updates, stay in touch with your branch or with the bank's head office.

You can point your relationship manager to the head office unit listed in the table.

Hand in the documents
Download your bank's form from the table below, fill it in and hand the documents to your relationship manager at the branch.

Head office approval
You can point the counter staff to the head office unit the documents go to. The approval comes from the bank.

Password and setup
The bank sends the user code and password, the Kendin Yönet team completes the setup, and account movements start flowing into the panel.

The account being integrated must have internet banking active.

The account holder has to go to the bank and fill in the integration form. The form's name varies by bank (web service, online statement and so on).

On the application, the software name must be given as “Kendin Yönet Apartman-Site Yönetim Yazılımı”.

Banks' processes may differ or change over time.

The authority-sharing and online statement forms your relationship manager provides must be filled in and handed back.

Delays usually come from the bank's internal process, not from Kendin Yönet.
